What's up people, it's another day to get paid so no time for delays! It's been about a week since I updated yall on the latest haps, so let's get into it. Hopefully yall were able to watch The Grammys this past Sunday because Fun. and Rihanna had the best performances of the night (in my opinion.) Plus I'm just proud of Fun. for their wins that night, they deserve it if nobody else. Could've had some better hip hop acts but Justin Timberlake's comeback was entertaining as hell to watch, so an overall good night.
If some of you are new to the Atlas Studios, TeamAtlas, vE' Modeling movement that's going on, let me make you aware of the team and everything in between. After making adjustments to the roster, we are as follows: Steven "Stevo" Wells (Country and Pop), Brandon "Bran-$" Gillespie (Hip Hop), Matthew "C-Hood" Long (Hip Hop), Jasmine Watson (vE' Modeling) and myself, Demetrius " D.R.P." Pearson (Hip Hop/Management). We are Atlas Studios. We are made up of dreams, struggles, dedication, perseverance, trials, troubles, smiles, frowns, loves, hates... Everything that we are is expressed in our art. We've felt the love as well as the hate over the years, and it all served as motivation to keep going, and going we've kept.
I told everybody about C-Hood's (formerly known as Hood Mane) new mixtape WishMakers being released pretty soon, and soon is now! Check out the SoundCloud link below to get a taste of the Atlas artist that has been in negotiations with major labels like P. Diddy's Bad Boy Records and Rick Ross' Maybach Music Group. Aside from the new mixtape, C-Hood is amped to release his radio single "N E Way" in the next few months so fans be on the lookout, hataz stay on ya job.
Jasmine Watson is hot right now! With major offers from BET, Paramount Pictures and more, this young star has her work cut out for her. If you haven't seen her blog, you should definitely check out when you leave this world by clicking the link below. She's also going to be hitting the big screenin and silver screen soon with roles in BET'S The Game: Season 6 debuting in March and Scary Movie 5 starring Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan set to be released in May. As for myself, I have quite a few new business ventures underway with great associates to match. As all great business affairs go, I can't release any major information until all is inked, but here are some few key words for you to hang on to: sponsorship, management, movies, investments, booking, shows, multi million dollar companies and a hell of a lot of traveling.
