Brand New Business, Same Old D.R.P.

Whats happnin world?!? Hope yall been doin aight since we last had words, it's hard to maintain nowadays. Whether up or down, win or lose, you still gotta maintain. On to the next, I recently acquired new management! The negotiation is still in the process, but yep, ya boy is officially taken by one of Atlanta's most prestigious artist management companies, and I'm more than excited to get business rolling. We have already started planning a Mixxtape 21 tour, as well as some major events in Atlanta and Chatt, so best believe yall finna be seeing and hearing a lot more from me. Shout out to the homie DJ Hi$e for working with me on this project. It's been a long time coming to get to this point and I'm gracious to still have good artists and good vibes surrounding me. We are in the final stages of editing, mixing and hosting the mixtape to you guys' delight, so when its all said and done, this project will be one for the record books. I plan on printing and packaging 10,000 copies of the project by November, all the while marketing and promoting the singles and products that have already hit the market. I just want yall to know that I really am doing this project for the fans and supporters out there. I think about yall everyday, aiming to please and surprise, awe and shock. Hopefully I've been on my job as far as providing the escape needed through dope beats and edgy lyrics, but if not, just let me know and I'll step it up 100% and come back better than before. I've been praying for a big break in my career these past few nights, hoping that I get the opportunity to put on my cities and represent for those who've been in the struggle with and like me since day one, while providing for those near and dear to me... On another note, the end of this week is highly anticipated by because the Southeast Radio Smash is underway. We are hitting every hip hop radio station in Chattanooga, Atlanta and the surrounding areas in preparation for the release of my latest single "Best Night," which is the anthem for the masses of all ages. Consider this post more of an official update from inside the D.R.P. Muzik laboratory, and be on the lookout for more to come in the following weeks. A list of radio stations that we visit and drop off the cds to will be posted starting Friday, so if you wanna tune in to your favorite station and request "Best Night" by D.R.P., it'll be more than appreciated. Til then, later dayz.
